快速回复,仅是第一方面,更重要的是要吸引客户能回复你。

举例说明下:像下面这种很常见的群发邮件,询价内容也很笼统。

I’m an importer of various kinds of products in Brazil. I’m interested in your whole product line, please will you send me a catalogue and price list, thank you.

回复

1、首先要给出肯定的答复。如:
Glad to receive your enquiry.
According to your enquiry I do not know which style you need because we have so many types showing on the internet, can you please let me know the detailed model according our website.

或者可以推荐下主打产品:
Regarding to your enquiry on mobile handsets, and no details about the interested model given, I’d like to introduce our main models and quote according for your reference…

2、简单介绍,每个公司都有自己的优势,介绍要突出差异化优势,吸引客人的注意力。
Our company is one of the leading mobile phone manufacturers in China, being in this field for over 10 years, we have successfully exported to … we can specially offer …compared with our competitors…

3、认知对方,知已知彼,才能取得更多成功的机会。
I’ll appreciate it very much if you can also introduce your company to enhance mutual understanding.

4、结尾,表示下礼貌。
Thanks again for your interest.
I’ll appreciate it very much if you can indicate the very model you are interested in, so that I can supply more details for your information.
Looking forward to hearing from you and working together with you in the near future.

5、签名,最好写上职位,是普通业务员的话也注明出口部。收到很多客户的邮件,他们都会注明自己的职位或部门
